Privacy and documents

Your documents are in safe hands

This page explains in plain language what we ask you for, where we keep it, when we delete it, and what the site itself collects about you.

Last updated: September 2026
The promise in short

Your documents are stored securely and deleted after the decision. We never ask for your VFS password or OTP.

We ask for your documents with your consent only

When you send us your papers on WhatsApp, that counts as your consent for us to review them and use them to prepare your visa file and book your appointment, and for nothing else. We do not ask for any document the file does not actually need.

  • The documents we usually ask for: passport, bank statement, employment letter or commercial register, and travel documents such as insurance and bookings.
  • With every document we tell you why the consulate asks for it, so you know what you are sending and why.
  • Nobody sees your papers except the person working on your file.

Where we keep your documents

Your documents are kept in a secure place protected by a password and encryption, never on a public or shared location. We do not sell your data or share it with any advertising company or any third party unrelated to your file.

  • If we arrange travel insurance for you, we send the insurer only the details needed to issue the policy.
  • The file itself is submitted by you, in person, at the appointment. We do not send your papers to any centre or consulate on your behalf.

We delete your documents after the decision

Once the decision reaches you from the consulate, we delete all your documents from our side. If you would like them deleted earlier, at any time, send us a message on WhatsApp and we will delete them and confirm.

  • We also recommend deleting the documents from the WhatsApp chat once you are done, and we do the same on our side.
  • What stays with us after deletion: only your name, your destination and the appointment date, so we can help you if you come back.

What we will never ask for

We never ask for your VFS password or OTP. Your account on the application centre or consulate website is yours, and if anyone asks you for these things in our name, it is not us.

  • We do not ask for the password of any account: VFS, TLScontact, BLS, your email or your bank.
  • We do not ask for any OTP code that reaches your phone or email.
  • We do not ask for bank card details. Payment after the appointment is booked: Instapay or bank transfer. Card and Fawry coming soon.

What the site itself collects

This site has no login, no document upload form and no online payment. Every button opens a WhatsApp conversation. What the site stores on your device:

  • One necessary cookie that remembers your language (Arabic or English).
  • Your choice in the cookie banner, so we do not ask you every time.
  • When you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy policy.

Analytics and consent

The default is necessary only. If you accept in the cookie banner, we collect anonymous visit statistics (which pages were opened and how many times the WhatsApp button was tapped) with no tracking cookies and without identifying you. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to tell you what we hold of your documents, to correct something, or to delete everything. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will reply and confirm in writing.
